What is Fırın Paneli?
Bakery & Pastry Management Panel is a mobile management app that lets bakeries, pastry shops and bakery businesses run production, sales, delivery routes, market balances, stock counts, staff and payroll from a single application.
Which platforms does the app support?
The app runs on both iPhone and Android phones. You can download it free from the App Store and Google Play.
How do I sign up?
After installing the app, you create an application from the registration screen with your company details. Once your application has been reviewed, your account is opened and you can start setting up your branch. You can check the status of your application from within the app using your email address.
I have several branches — can I manage them all?
Yes. With a company owner account you can follow all of your branches from one place, and define separate managers, staff, products, categories, markets and expense types for each branch.
Can my staff see all of the business data?
No. Access is entirely role-based. The dough chef sees only their production list, the delivery driver only the route screen and the sales assistant only the counter screen. Salaries, prices and the general account are visible to management roles only.
How do I share reports?
Just tap the share icon next to any report. The report is generated as a PDF, so you can print it directly, send it over WhatsApp or email, or save it to your phone.
Which language is the app in?
The app interface is in Turkish, built around the working routine of bakeries and pastry shops in Türkiye. This website is available in Turkish, English and German.
Is my data safe?
Your data is only visible to the authorised users of your business and is protected in transit. Our privacy policy explains in detail which data we collect and how we use it.
